Hotel Overview

This family-run hotel is located in the centre of Dinan, opposite the famous Duguesclin Square and near the château and its ruins. It offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Accessed by a lift, the soundproofed guest rooms at the Hôtel le Challonge are equipped with flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and private bathrooms with a hairdryer.
A continental breakfast in a buffet style is served every morning and there is a restaurant adjoining the hotel, which serves lunch and dinner. Newspapers are available each morning and bottles of champagne can be purchased at the reception.
Hôtel le Challonge is a 30-minute drive from Saint-Malo, a 20-minute drive from Dinard and the Brittany coastline. Cancale is a 30-minute drive from the hotel and Mont Saint-Michel is approximately a 45-minute drive away. A transfer service is available upon request and there is also bike storage available at an extra cost.

Well located with a Fabulous restaurant next door that we went to both nights. The room was large, with a kettle and tea/coffee, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We shall stay there hopefully again soon. Just a note, don't park outside on the road, its cheaper opposite in the square, if you can get in !

Rooms were excellent, really comfortable, lovely and warm. Location was excellent, staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Definitely a hotel we will go back to.

Very kind and professional/multitasking staff, the hotel is located in a prime position to enjoy the beautiful Dinan and parking is readily available right in front of the facility. The breakfast has everything that's needed, including homemade products.

We were upgraded to a suite - which came as a nice surprise. Therefore our room was very spacious - in fact there were two rooms and a bathroom. We had a very nice view on Dinan's rooftops. We had an electric kettle and a small fridge in the room as well. The location is very central - a perfect place to stay who would like to explore Dinan on foot.

Perfect for seeing the sights of Dinan. Large carpark opposite hotel. (Don't rely on if staying through Thursday as carpark closes for market day!!).
