The location was good. It was easy to get in ans the apartment was very cozy and clean.

The apartment is located clised to the center. It has everything you need for your stay, you feel like a home. In this year period you are cold in the most accommodations in Armenia but in this apartment there is not any issue with heating or hot water. Parking is available next to the building. The communication with the owner was perfect, they answered immediately when we asked for something.

We stayed only one night in this apartment, in our way to explore Armenia. The apartment is located in a new building, there is free parking around it. The apartment is new and with all amenities, it was very clean. We had some problems with finding the location because it was wrong in the booking site but I think is is fixed now. The building is located near to the city center but in the evening if you walk it is a little bit dark. The process with check in was fast but during the check out we had to wait a little bit. The view from the apartment to the mountains is very nice.
