The location is prime! I came to Dilijan for hiking. The place is only a few hundred meters from the bus station, which makes it super easy for backpackers to reach. The host made very clear signs on the main road, and it's very easy to find. Breakfast was amazing, especially with the pancakes and homemade prune jam. It was a very nice and lovely stay!

Location is closer to Dilijan town and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Owner organised me a daytrip to see around Dilijan

5 minutes from the center, so everything, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the small lake, the tourist office etc… Grant, who speaks English moderately but well enough to chat easily, is very helpful and attentive to make your stay easier. . he is a guide himself and can organize an excursion for you with his car at a reasonable price. His advice helped me with my travels. Its GuestHouse is very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast rich and plentiful. Thank you Grant for your availability and your kindness!

Brilliant and comfortable guest house in the very centre of Dilijan on a beautiful historic street (actually featured on Eurovision 2024 :P ). Dilijan is fantastic for walking with accessible mountains and lakes on the doorstep (my reason for visiting). Download the HIKEArmenia app if that's of interest to you. Our host, Grant, was what made my stay though. He couldn't help enough and is passionate about his country and wants you to have an unforgettable experience. I regret not booking at least 3 nights... He put together a tour of Lake Sevan and surrounding monasteries on the way down to dropping me off in Yerevan. He even took me on the tour to Geghard and Garni on the way down. Probably a 10h tour all said and done and brilliant throughout. Definitely take him up on his tour offer. Thanks Grant!

Very friendly and helpful host. The hotel is in a central location close to all facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen available to guests. The room was spacious with a balcony.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Dilijan, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Sharambeyan Street. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the backyard, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding nature—a truly peaceful and scenic spot to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful quiet guesthouse in the very centre of old Dilijan. The host ist very kind, the breakfast excellent, and there is a chessboard on the table in the living room :)
