The location is not right in the center, but with google maps easy enough to find. Room is spacy enough and clean.

The first room we had at our initial stay was spacious with a fridge, cooking facility and stand fan. The price was cheap and the same as that of our friend whose room was smaller. Hence, we returned twice.

Great location and a short walk to the seaside. Easy access to microlet number 10 as well. Fantastic value for money and good for East Timor. Air conditioned room as well.

The property suited me perfectly but I'm aware that it would not suit a lot of other tourists. It is located in a local suburban area and not within easy walking distance of the main attractions or facilities. I liked that it is in an area where 'normal locals' live and provides a good understanding. There is one inexpensive 'Western' style cafe within a couple of blocks.

Great value for money. By far the cheapest available-Dili is expensive and it was a pleasant surprise to find this. A bit out of the way but within walking distance of the town centre.

Able to prepare own breakfast because we had à kettle and utensils. However we ended up eating out and found a great place Dilicious. It was a far walk along the front but served delicious coffee and very reasonably priced food that was also delicious!@

This place is fairly standard and basic but the staff are great and it was a great place to spend a few days. Located a bit out of town but easy enough to get to if you catch a microlet (no. 10). Be aware the microlets stop at around 7pm. Motorcycle hire available here also.
