It was an beautiful apartment with AC, Mosquito net and warm water. There was an shared kitchen and breakfast available. You can easily reach the beautiful beach in just a few minutes. The host was very gentil

Location perfect- directly between hiriketiya and dickwella beach. Walking distance to a low fee ATM, and plenty of shops and bakeries. The shared kitchen was clean and well stocked . Actually had a view of the sunset a little as we were top floor . I extended my stay here, the manager is very kind too.

Great location, clean. The manager was great and could not do enough to help! He helped us plan trip, always checking we had all we needed without being intrusive. Always contactable. Location was perfect, just opposite Dickwella beach which was beautiful and much quieter than Hiri. Short walk to Hiri beach and 2 min Tuk Tuk to turtle beach which was also stunning. We stayed here for 11 nights and loved it!

The host of this place is just a legend, even at 12.30 at night a managed to help us out … what ever request we’ve had on our 6 days stay, he tried to manage them all. Thanks again

We had a clean, air conned room which was lovely to stay in. It’s in a good location, only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the cafes along the road. There are shops 2 mins down the road to top up on essentials. The staff were also great, recommending beaches to visit and helped us organise transport to our next location. We recommend this stay.

Initially my partner and I were looking at properties closer to Hirikiteya beach however, we are so glad we chose to stay at Villa Fiorita instead. Villa Fiorita was set back from a main road which was quiet and the perfect location. It was only a few minutes walk to Cargills (supermarket) and from Bank of Ceylon for withdrawing money. It was only a five minute walk to Dickwella beach - which was our favourite beach compared to Hirikteya beach which is a further 10 minute walk. Dickwella beach was much less crowded with barely anyone there with us witnessing the best sunsets we had seen in Sri Lanka. It was literal heaven. The property was an entire apartment to yourself with a large living space, good sized bedroom that had A/C and was very clean. We couldn't believe how much you actually got being extremely good value for money, especially compared to the prices of properties near Hirikiteya beach. We used the washing machine also. We would recommend anyone looking at Hirikiteya to stay at this property as it is everything you will need and more. The host also helped us for the next part of our travel by taking us in his tuk tuk to the bus stand and waiting with us until the correct bus came and helped us aboard. We just want to say thank you to the host.
