Perfect view from the most beautiful room on the beach. Excellent location in the center. Yes, there is a little noise at night from the parties but it's fine. They clean and there is also the villa where there is a pool and a massage if you want to do it. Breakfast is absolutely fine.

The location is fantastic. It has an amazing view of the bay and is on the main beach road. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Dikwella beach. The breakfast was good. The parent hotel, which is only a 50m walk, has a nice swimming pool, you can pay for spa treatments and all the other services you might need. The staff went out of their way to help. Rooms were large, clean and the balcony over the bay was great.

The room was very modern and clean with an incredible view of the beach. The location was great with a minute walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Ishan was great in helping us with taxis, surfing lessons and massages. The breakfast was a nice buffet selection of pancakes, Sri Lankan foods, toast with jam/ butter, eggs, fresh juice and hot drinks. 100% would stay again and wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious, clean with lovely decor. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the yoga at Serenaville. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is very central with amazing views and you can hear the sea as you fall asleep!

The best location in town, right at the beginning of the beach. The room is big and clean, with a nice balcony. Everything is nearby; breakfast is in a separate building a 3-minute walk up a hill. They also offer free surfboards and yoga (for a fee). The staff is kind and attentive, and communication is easy.
