Reception staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and bedding good and clean, as was the room/facilities. Nicely decorated. Once room heated up it was fine.

We really liked how friendly and accommodating the staff were, particularly how they listened to our request and placed us in rooms next to each other. We were on the ground floor and the parking was ideal, right outside our rooms.
