Our establishment is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays and public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Outside reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a Room Vending Machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, have your reservation number and your bank card ready for payment, then let yourself be guided on the screen.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the hotel lobby door if applicable.

We arrived late (past midnight) due to delays at the channel tunnel and road traffic. Messaged the staff. They sent us the access code for our rooms. Worked well for us on this occasion to not need room keys. We had a roof box so couldn't use the underground carpark. But there were plenty of free parking outside.

Check in excellent as well as check out! Hotel was immaculate. Location was good as well and good parking! Rooms we more than adequate for 4 people.

Very easy access by car, free underground parking, accessible with pets (and there’s plenty of walking space around the hotel too). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offers the basics with good quality.
