Very friendly personal, nice hotel, warm hotel, reception staff are friendly and welcoming, modern renovation, lobby bar, good modern design, large rooms, calm, even planes and airport nearby. Space to seat and relax, kitchen, water near reception.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety. very tasty. The room was quite and comfortable. the staff was very nice and communicative. The bus station was right in front of the hotel. There is even iron in the room.

The rooms were definitely amazing and very clean. We loved it so much. Will definitely come again when in brussel! The only thing is that its a little bit far from the city centre and therefore difficult to reach with the bus, but with the car its no problem!

The room was super clean and modern. The rgb headboard light was really cool. Bed was soooo comfortable, the mattress was brand new. Modern bathroom aswell. There was water and Thea. Tv also had an international selection of programs. Lots of lighting. Great closet space and space for luggage specifically. Didn't lack a thing

3rd time staying and it's such a great hotel with great facilities. It definitely meets my standards. Amazing staff. If theres anything you need you can always ask! Very clean rooms. Breakfast was also nice with lots of options! Would stay again!

Good location . No one really staying there. Good knows how they make money … anyway not sure why we got one of the furthest rooms you could possibly get from lifts when the hotel was practically empty. Shower was great.

Booked it for IELTS. To be honest the IELTS institution is really at the middle of NOWHERE and this hotel save my life. I don’t need to wait in cold winter or worried about missing my train/bus/metro…The room is nice and clean, could be lighter though. The breakfast is perfect. Reception is helpful and friendly.
