Such a lovely, big and comfortable room. We love staying here. The little shop in the lobby is great. The breakfast was lovely, so much variety. It's nice to have hot items as well.

The staff were courteous and attentive, and the on-site gym was well-equipped, catering to fitness enthusiasts. Essentially, while the hotel's location and staff are commendable, the deficiencies in room comfort, cleanliness, and dining quality, coupled with an unjustifiably high price, detract from the overall experience

What I really liked was the friendly staff who were always on hand to help with queries. The room and bed are very comfy and the Dove products are really good quality.
