Eton Villa is a serene retreat offering modern comfort and natural beauty. The spacious room was well-equipped, and the peaceful garden and pool area provide the perfect place to unwind. Ideally located near Hiriketiya and Dickwella beaches, it's great for surfing, dining, and exploring the area.

Beautiful property perfectly located in walking distance from all the hustle and bustle in hiri. Very tranquil and only 3 rooms of which we had 2. Pool is very clean.

Wow, best place for us in Sri Lanka. Very nice located between Hiki and Dickwella. New villa, clean, big rooms and great bathroom.

Nice modern spot with only three rooms facing onto pool. Perfect having sunbeds in front of room next to pool. Staff member there during the day was great. Had two building issues that are hopefully resolved soon, sliding doors to room would bind up and not close easily and toilet seat was broken.

Beautifully furnished room, huge with very comfortable bed. Perfect location 7 minutes from the beach. Shared pool lovely and overall beautiful decor. Welcome drink on arrival.

the best stay in our srli lanka trip travelling with two kids! located quietly in walking distance of two wonderfull beaches, very clean, everything new and stylish, the team always helpful. super clean pool! very good coffee, yoga, surf and super restaurants close by… thank you for the very good time in hiri in your house!

This property is absolutely beautiful and just as you see it in the pictures. The location is perfect, just a five minute walk down to the beach and on a quiet off road. The owner was so attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t recommend this place more.
