I liked everything - the location, the owners, the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance (the best during my 3 weeks in Sri Lanka), warm welcome, services provided. There is a clear reason for high rating by visitors!

Spotlessly clean. An extremely comfortable bedroom with lots of extras. Air conditioning was a real treat in the heat. It was a very peaceful house. The hosts were very attentive and helpful and made sure that our comfort was their priority. They gave us lots of recommendations for visits and restaurants. Easy access to lots of sights. I would highly recommend anyone staying in this area to book Breeze Bay

The best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The room and en-suite was perfectly clean. The air con was brand new and worked really well. The owners went over and beyond for us, organising a scooter, surf lessons and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is also absolutely delicious. We did not want to leave! 🤍🙏🏼

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Room is quiet and nicely thought through. Friendly and helpful staff, and yummy breakfast. Villa had a motorbike that we rented so made the rental process hassle free! Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again
