All about the property and all services including the sunbeds and transport with the hotel buggy-s exept the front desk reception that they were not very fast for the checkin we jad to wait like 1 hour.

The cleanliness and provision of facilities were really good, the rooms facing the sea were very nice, although I don't recommend Mountain view as it's a bit disappointing. The breakfast was really good and staff were friendly and helpful and gave us free upgrades.

Great view and a beautiful pool. The facility is brand new, has also high quality furniture, very comfortable sunbeds and high quality equipment everywhere. Especially the golf cart service to the beach is great. Beach area is nice and quiet. It’s a very nice extra you don’t want to miss included in the whole package. Free car parking with a huge parking space behind the hotel. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and do the best they can. Klajdi is one of the staff members who is doing a great job and helps you with everything.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for Ion festival but didn’t want to be right on the beach where the festival was happening. This was the perfect location to be able to relax away from it all, but just a few minutes on the golf buggy to the beach. The view from my room overlooking the pool and beach was stunning. They have a lovely pool bar which plays cool music all day and serves up tasty food and drinks. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety and the pasties were sooo good! They have a little private beach right beside the super cool Havana beach club which they will take you to on the golf buggy, it takes around 7-10min on the buggy, then they collect and bring you back when you’re ready. Would 110% return to black diamond hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay at Dhërmi. The beach is 15 min walk from the hotel but there is a golf car from the hotel that can take you for 1€ p/p one way. Hotel staff were very friendly and we even got a room upgrade at arrival which was a very nice gesture.

4 star amneties were decent, restaurant was nice and just below hotel. I injured myself just before going to this hotel so i was slightly disabled during my stay and couldnt access all the facilities I wanted too.

I loved the market they had lots of snacks and no need to go to other markets in town. They had a system with the transportation to the beach which was efficient and very easy only one euro per person. Eraldi, Ernest were very professional, Hekurani made amazing cocktails. Definitely will come to visit Black Diamond again. (P.s the housekeeping ladies were very polite and nice, the room was very clean)
