Green Hotel is very well located with some of the rooms on the street and other rooms located off the street in a quiet location. I was offered a quiet room even though it a more expensive room and I appreciated that.

The location was good and central. Owners are very nice and helpful. Like other simple places in India, there is not shower curtain so water flow freely on the floor.

The room and bathroom were clean and updated. The location in McLeod Ganj was excellent for restaurants and markets.

The breakfast should have been included at the price I paid on Booking. 67$ is A bit high considering that the brakefast was not included. But I’ve stayed there since 2006 and the owner has become a friend, so we could manage that detail together. More details and options could have been given on booking.com, I would have taken another room and paid less. But I was nonetheless satisfied and happy to be there for a long week 🙏🏼

Spacious rooms with balcony. Beds are of great quality that was really a big plus. Walking distance from anything McLeod Ganj. The hotel is on a busy road but the deluxe rooms are at the other side facing the valley. This means you will have a comfortable quiet night sleep
