We stayed here for the second time. The hostel is fine but We booked the room 2 weeks earlier, and still they rented it out to someone else anyway and offered us bunk beds instead. That was somewhat disappointing.

Of course, because all their services are excellent! The check-in process was smooth. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly and easygoing. Good breakfast and location is top. Many restaurants & cafes are within 100m walking distance. Everything meets my expectation.

I liked the rooms. They were spacious. Beds were comfortable. At night time the manager sprayed the room with aerosol for repelling mosquitos. Location is very good for a place in Uttara Dhaka with various restaurants & cheap foods around the establishment. The Manager Sister was new. But she was very polite & helpful towards the tenants.

I recently stayed at Zoo Family Hostel and had a fantastic experience. It's in a prime location. **Rooms:** The dormitory was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, power outlets, reading lights, and spacious lockers. **Facilities:** The hostel offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy common area with TV and games, and a rooftop terrace with ocean views. The free Wi-Fi was reliable. **Cleanliness:** The staff kept the rooms and common areas very clean, and the bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. **Atmosphere:** Zoo Family Hostel has a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and there were some activities. **Value for Money:** The hostel is great value for money, with reasonable prices considering the high standard of accommodation. Overall, I highly recommend Zoo Family Hostel for a comfortable, friendly, and affordable stay. I would definitely return.
