-Crisp, clean, white bed sheets & towels. -A/C climate control. -17th floor room. -Hard Mattresses & 2 pillows. -Good sleep, as relatively quiet. -Windows to open. -Fridge (if you need it). -Water boiler with Nescafe & water. -Hot water in the shower. -Wifi speed after midnight. -Some staff was very friendly. -Room rate was quite ok. -Bigger, proper soaps (2pcs). -Location was alright and 200-300Rs rickshaw rides to all points of interest. -We paid 500Rs from the airport to get there (by A/C car with 50% negotiating) (-Voucher for hair dresser, discounts at bar)

We were looking for a hotel which had already been hosting international tourists, thatswhy we booked the first 2 nights at Hotel71. The reception is on the 11th floor and we got a room on the 17th floor which was actually quite nice for the view. The hotel "prides itself in being a corporate boutique hotel" - I would consider it as a typical business hotel which is past its glory. Still the price was quite alright though of course you pay for a lot of amenities you might not need like TV, fridge, slippers, comb, newspaper, etc... The GM was very friendly and humble - so was a kind guy during check in process. We didn't have breakfast so no feedback on that. The A/C worked great developing a good climate in the room. Windows could be opened. The matrasses were harder which I liked and the room as quiet as it can get in Dhaka. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk though food is not allowed in the room. Hotel71 has an inhouse bar and restaurant - the beer price suits more a bar in Italy. There are discounts for hotel guests though. Certainly the best were the crisp, white cotton sheets and two pillows. Wifi worked ok.

It was totally a good experience there , the reception staffs are very good and helpful and they all are cooperative, they help us at each and every single point. So in last I would like to tell if u want to visit any hotel then u should pick this hotel ..

Very convenient location for discovering authentic old Dhaka. Very friendly and helpful staff and great Restaurants. We stayed with our 3 year old daughter, the room was comfy and big. Recommended!

The staff are very helpful and friendly.Thanks to all,especially to Jowel and Sumon.I was given snack after I had checked out as complemantary.The security staff were very helpful.My room was comfortable.Buffet breakfast was nice with many choises.The hotel is in good area.

Very friendly staff. Staff upgrade my room with free of cost. Even they discount me on hotel taxi service also they arrange me a local attractions tour with English speaking guide.
