Welcoming staff>>> The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Greg and Katrina were so friendly, wanted to help in all aspects of our stay from dinner to breakfast and room. Comfortable rooms>> The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The style and decoration of the hotel fits into the countryside, and Welsh culture ♥️ Greg provided a sandwich for my trek, and the staff accommodated a large trekking group of around 50 women with tea and Welsh cakes. We know it's hard to manage larger groups. The staff smiled and continued to provide a great service under pressure. This was an amazing end to a great trek! Thank you 👏

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great rooms, lovely food, and friendly,helpful staff . Shout out to Iolo, who was a fantastic host and attentive to all our needs.
