The Motel is very close to Down town Detroit, walking just less than 10 minutes, and 20 minutes walk to the river side ,I don't have a car so I did walk during my stay ,also is not far from the bus stop 261 to the airport witch coast 2 dollars:) I like the bed and the shower the TV didn't work, the WiFi is super fast !!!😀 For what you pay this Motel is really nice 👌 well is not a 5 star but you can really enjoy your stay there the reception staff were very helpful thanks!!

The manager of the Motel is a wonderful woman! She was very kind with me all the time. I can say that it has been the greatest manager of an accomodation that I've met so far when staying somewhere.

This is great value for money located close to midtown and downtown. It’s a short walk to both and was easily accessible to the Little Caesar’s arena for which I was in town for. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was also lovely.

Good location, bus stop in front of the building, 10 minutes walk to time square, room fridge and microwave in the room, roeteres, and towel were provided.

Stayed for a night for a concert, great location. Staff was super accommodating & friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will be back if we’re in the area for other events.

Came down for the NFL draft. Enjoyed close proximity to MotorCity Casino. We checked out Friday 11am, and they had no issue with us leaving vehicle parked until we came back 10pm to leave.
