We liked where it was situated. Beach was swept clean each night. Buffet dining was possibly the nicest we’ve tried. Each evening a menu was printed and a different selection of starters mains & deserts were offered. Not too much choice but that makes it easier to choose. Loved the ginger shots in the morning. Spotlessly clean. Waiting staff super friendly and attentive. Beach beds round pool super comfy. Beach towels the best ever. Loved the grass green colour. Perla & Haize receptionists were very kind and most helpful, especially as our luggage did not arrive on our flight. They called the airport for us & went above & beyond to help us. Some of the other staff said they did not know the number for the airport and had no means of finding it ( with a computer in front of them. ) most unhelpful.

What made me give Langley a good review were two things: 1) Teodor the tennis coach: incredibly skilled and nice guy who made my stay way more profitable and enjoyable. I didn’t really planned to play tennis in Guadalupe but talking to him, he aimed me to do some lessons and it was by far one of the best experiences in GP. 2) The tattooed pizza guy at night buffets! Overall the food at breakfast and dinner was very mild for the price we paid but god this pizza is amazing.. Napoletana style pizza INCREDIBLY good that made the pay worth it.

Fabulous resort, in a secure location, we stayed in the wee huts. They were beautifully presented and we felt very at home during our stay. The staff were all exemplary, very helpful and friendly. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, with fresh cooked delicious food. One of our favourite places to stay on this holiday - oustanding

Fantastic beachside hotel, great location, staff friendly and helpful. Food was great in the al a carte midday meal. Beach was quiet and always space to sit with plenty of sunbeds available. Little shop was great for things we'd forgotten. Other restaurants in walking distance. Good list of day trips to take. We stayed in a beachside bungalow that was nice and quiet (except for the waves!) and the hotel has a diverse range of accommodations.

I was initially hesitant to book after reading some negative reviews, but everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property offers a variety of accommodations, including a hotel-like building and around 80 huts scattered across the grounds. We chose to stay in one of the huts and loved it. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and showed no signs of deterioration as mentioned in some comments. However, it would have been helpful to have more hooks for hand towels and swimsuits, as well as a proper toilet paper dispenser. The parking lot is a bit of a walk from the main hotel area, but you can drive in to drop off your luggage or call for a buggy to pick you up, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and professional, though there seemed to be some issues with overall management. For instance, there were delays in bringing our luggage, glasses and bottles weren’t cleared from the beach chairs promptly, and the chairs themselves could have been cleaned more regularly. That said, the resort has a charming, relaxed atmosphere and doesn’t feel like one of those massive, impersonal complexes. The use of natural materials in the design adds to its laid-back vibe. The private beach is a highlight—it’s never too crowded, making it perfect for unwinding. There’s also a beach volleyball court and several free activities organized by the resort, which we appreciated. The restaurant served only buffet-style meals. While the food isn’t particularly memorable, it’s decent and OK for the price. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing experience, especially if you’re looking for a more intimate resort with activities to enjoy during your stay. For the price, it’s worth it!
