The Hotel may be a little tired and in need of refurbishment, however, the staff were excellent particularly David at the front desk and Mimo in the restaurant. The Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was surprisingly good. The Pool and lunch area was very well maintained and clean. The Hotel always felt clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful with a special mention for the Accommodation cleaning team. Despite it's tired interior, the overall experience made it a very good Hotel to stay in and I would return again

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially on reception. I missed breakfast one morning and a lovely lady behind reception arrange for the kitchen to bring me a coffee, croissant and juice. Our room was one of the new rooms on the 3rd floor which was modern and we were very pleased with it (The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and very dated). The air con was great and ensured our room was lovely and cool. The hotel was so clean, in all areas. The cleaners cleaned our rooms daily.

We loved the location, a lovely area and plenty to occupy during the day and night. Lovely eateries and boat excursions with interesting shops and delicious ice cream. The hotel had a wonderful swimming pool for cooling off in and the breakfast selection ensured that there was something for everyone. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the beds were comfortable.
