Everything! The location is superb. The amenities were top notch, just fel like a cosy home on a holiday. Tiziano is certainly one of the best hosts I have ever met. Attention to detail in every matter, so helpful with getting around Desenzano and food recommendations. Would certainly be back. You have all you need at the property, very clean, warm and cosy.

Beautiful newly decorated apartment, spotlessly clean, really spacious and well equipped. Owner was very helpful and left a few things for breakfast to get us started. The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre and one minute walk to the lake and ferries. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spotless and we had access to a well equipped kitchen. Tiziano kindly shared with us a range of discounts to local restaurants and parks. He was available for all of our queries and we had the feeling of being in a hotel with the luxury of a private apartment. The apartments are a very short walk to the water front and to the ferry. It was a very relaxing time, thank you for hosting us.

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Decenzano del Garda, close to the lake. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and also has a large balcony which is a great addition. English speaking staff are helpful and friendly.
