Breakfast was good meal we had later was excellent. Staff were very good to us as we were only there because of flight difficulties.

Nice staff, beautiful room with a large bathroom. Quite far from Bilbao, but you can use public transport. On the plus side, the transit to the airport is included in the price

Convenient location near the airport. Large roomy suite. Free shuttle taxi every 30 mins. Helpful receptionists and bar staff.

The actual building is old-style and feels like staying in a Communist-era hotel. But the room is spacious and recently decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the hotel is nice with all of the necessary amenities. It is not very close to the centre of Bilbao, but it is located just 5 minutes from the airport with a taxi.
