Easy to find and great location for shopping, train station and football stadium. Property very clean, very well maintained and secure. Bonus re car parking on site which was free. Would recommend

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Good parking and easy walk into Derby centre. Jez is a great host who responded quickly to the couple of questions we had.

Jed went out of his way to accommodate us especially when we arrived too early for check in because we forgot to adjust our watches to the UK time zone. The key codes instead of physical keys are wonderful

The studio was immaculate. Can not fault for cleanliness and facilities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. Had the best sleep. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the communication was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Modern with all needs usb sockets-WiFi-great quality shower and good hairdryer provided, spotlessly clean, ideally located, tastefully decorated. Stayed for four nights great communication from booking- lead up to stay and during- we left something behind and very easy to contact and issue sorted immediately! 5 stars highly recommend.
