when I needed to speak to the staff they were very helpful and accommodating. good location

Great location near the station and some good restaurants, quiet and comfortable - good nights sleep. Key pick up was rather chaotic and the instructions somewhat complicated but the host was friendly and turned up with the keys shortly after I phoned him.
