It was fine but the rooms definitely didn't reflect the quality of the images shown. It's very tired looking. However it was clean and warm and I wouldn't mind staying again, but don't set your expectations too high regarding its appearance

Parking arrangements are ridiculous. Had to pay £34 to ensure parking before arrival as the Justpark app said the hotel car park was full. It wasn't, they are profiteering at guests expense. Hotel staff were not interested

Very clean, brilliant & friendly staff. Great location. Bathroom facilities in the room were good enough, but could do with modernising, & the only real negative.

Room was fit for my purpose - warm shower, comfy bed and clean. Breakfast was ample but the croissants were a little hard - otherwise all good. Thank-you
