I like the helpful and friendly attitudes of the staff. The room met my expectations. The television worked and one could choose from many channels. The heating was potentially moderate and according to my needs. The bathroom clean and the shower worked. Everything was planet friendly. The car park was on site and the onsite restaurant was excellent. All my needs were accommodated.

Stay here every time we visit derby.its be refurbished, and it's great.really is a great value perfect location for Derby City, a 10-minute walk.and If you need a hospital appointment 10 minutes drive recommended 👍

The food at Indian restaurant in the Hotel was very good. The cooked Breakfast was plentiful - it was Moslem cooked breakfast _ Turkey bacon and chicken sausages.

Breakfast was poor, no fresh coffee, no brown bread, cook had no idea in terms of vegetarian breakfast. Coffee machine had broken down. But didn't bother getting a couple of cafetieres.

Just as expected - have stayed in this hotel before. Not the largest of rooms but great value for money. First time we have eaten in the restaurant. We had a really lovely meal we recommend it! Pleased to have free parking (In the past we had been charged for parking).
