DEBASIS “Outstanding Stay with outstanding staff and facilities.”

I liked almost everything there, be it room, cleanliness, staff and facilities. Sandeep Banerjee, the manager, took every care of us and arranged every facilities we needed. The nonagenarian member of us was taken utmost care of whenever he stayed back at hotel alone. All the interface staffs we met like Rajat, Murari, Dashami and one boy with yellow uniform (I forgot his name) and others were very well behaved, professional and extremely helpful with a smile. Food including breakfast were awesome. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the property. - Staff was very helping and nice to talk to. - There were some stains on the sheet, but staff was really quick to address it and changed the sheets. - Its very close to the Baba baidnath temple.

The location is quite suited to visit the local religious places of worship. Being a new hotel, cleanliness is fairly good. The staff is quite helpful. Frequent electricity cuts are a damper, but the hotel’s generator back up was good. The entrance can be an encumbrance for elderly tourists with walking disabilities.

Clean and with modern amenities , well maintained and had car park space in front of the hotel . They allowed us to stay in one of the rooms an hour after their check out time . Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone keen to have an enjoyable stay when they visit the Holy dham for darshan and puja . Good selection of food in their breakfast menu .

It was our son's 3rd birthday along with the new year. We were seeking Baba Baidyanath's blessings. This was one of the best stays I would say. Best hotel and staffing. Just awesome 👍
