Great location, 5 min walk to rocky beach, bar. 10 mins to sandy beach or more restaurants. 30 mins level walk to marina restaurants. 40 mins walk to town centre. You'll need a car for supermarkets. House is good size for a family of 6. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice enclosed plot, safe for dogs etc. Pool very nice and plenty of parking. Trees do drop a lot of sap however. Summer kitchen well equipped with paelleria, bbq, fridge etc. Denia is a great town for a holiday base, lots restaurant choice, shops and interest.
