The owners were exceptionally nice and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were superb, comfortable, warm, and breakfast was lovely. I highly recommend this B&B if you visit Den Bosch, lovely place to stay, lovely people 💙 Thank you for having us, the Birmingham lads from England 🏴

Warm, friendly welcome. Large, spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast time 07:00-11:00 (Saturday). Close to shops, bars and restaurants but in a quiet location. Late check in due to flight delay, train cancellation and then train delay was very much appreciated.

Generous portions off cereals and lovely local bread. Very fitting and enjoyable. Host very willing to meet your special or additional requests. A very homely place with pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Lovely personal hotel within walking distance from centre and sights. Lovely spacious rooms, good breakfast and extremely friendly staff. No parking, but P-garage nearby.

Most attractive hotel, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The property is more like a grand home than a hotel. Attractive garden at the rear with comfortable furniture. An honesty bar is available for guests with a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks The hosts have taken great care to make the property more comfortable- they have succeeded The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the old town centre and many tempting restaurants and bars

Very warm and friendly welcome, very large and comfortable room and bathroom, delicious breakfast served with love and care, great and very well kept house , very well situated in Den Bosch. What else can you wish for?

It was all above expectation, really beautiful hotel to stay in. Very well located to visit 's-Hertogenbosch and surroundings. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
