Please be at the funicular at least 30 minutes before the last one leaves.In case of technical difficulties and the funicular not working due to bad weather, the hotel will provide you with an alternative accommodation or will refund you the price of the reservation.Please note that discounted cable car tickets can be collected at Biela Púť Info Centre or at Krupová info centre.For holidays between 29.11.2024 and 27.4.2025 (the last check-out day) ski passes, cable cars tickets in Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso and Starý Smokovec resorts and Bešeňová or Tatralandia water parks tickets are included for registered Gopass members. It cannot be used on the arrival (check-in) day and the number of tickets corresponds to the number of nights spent at the accommodation establishment. Every ticket is non-transferable. Ski passes are valid during the ski season.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
