Friendly and helpful staff, location near the station, the old town and public transport links. The room was spacious, warm and had table and chairs.

Room was beautiful, quiet and spacious. Excellent coffee maker. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour desk so late check in was easy. 10minute or less walk to the train station. Hotel is on the edge of old town Delft so a short walk to see the sights.

The hotel is in a great location though needs a bit of an update. However, the staff I met were very good and I really want to thank Shamini on reception, who was exceptionally kind and considerate when I was unwell.
