Staff was helpful but it was more of a motel/ homestay rather than a hotel. Only good thing is the location is stone throw away from ISBT so go for it if u just need a nights sleep for a late night/ early morning travel out or into the city.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful reception person and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The property was nearby the ISBT bus stand and also it was near to railway station. If any issues arose than staff was cooperating and solving the issues. Apart from that, We had a fantastic stay at Hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the comfortable bedding to the well-thought-out amenities provided. The view from my room was breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything pristine throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and luxury!”
