Good location, conveniently situated near the spa and just a short walk across the road to the Aquaticum. It's also close to the stadium and the Fonix Arena. The rooms have a "vintage" style with tasteful furniture. The hotel features an on-site restaurant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were beautifully done, festive atmosphere. Good parking, which is essential in the area

All staff are nice and super helpful. Right in the forest park, and opposite of Aquaticum. Food at restaurant are super tasty.

The Villa Hotel basically consists of the second floor of a restaurant in the middle of the park. It is a bit old-fashioned in an exceptionally charming way and seems a bit like "grandmothers living room" in the best sense. In other words: expect a bit "cozy/plushy", and not "modern design"-y. Staff is wonderful and helpful, breakfast buffet is good and offers all that one would expect from a four-star hotel. Definitely an excellent option when living in Debrecen, be it for leasure (thermal spa "across the street", city center 10min by tram), or if you visit the university. A detail that I really appreciated: the hotel left another key card in the electricity switch, which allowed for leaving aircondition on, if necessary, even when leaving the room. Given that the rooms are directly under the roof, this is a real incentive on hot summer days.

The hotel is in the middle of the forest park, very quiet, cozy and comfortable. The facility is not modern and new but it is like a country house in the forest, only 15 rooms in the building.
