We could not have asked for a warmer welcome from Mary and her amazing service throughout our stay. The room was lovely and spacious. Very clean throughout with hand soap/hand cream/shower gel and bar of soap available in the bathroom. Lots of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Good sized tv was also in the room with free view channels. Location was ideal as 15-20 min walk to the seafront with places to visit a short drive away. Lovely garden to the rear of the property with tables and chairs if you wish to relax outside. Private off road parking to the side of the property was ideal. We had a delicious breakfast both mornings in the delightful dining room which we could not fault. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided in the room with fresh milk set aside at the honesty bar if wanted, also an array of alcohol and soft drinks available at the bar. We would definitely stay again if in the area as it was such a relaxing atmosphere and have been recommending to others since we got home.

I scored a 9 as overall we really liked the room, cleanliness, the furniture and overall decoration not to mention the comfy beds, however although the bathroom was large and modern, it was very grubby. I planned on having a bath but it wasn’t up to standard. the tiles around the shower and seal were very dirty. If we’d staying a second night I would have bought some bleach and a toothbrush and cleaned it myself. Shame. I would still recommend this lovely guesthouse based on the standard of the rooms but would suggest more cleaning of the bathroom.

The house was lovely inside and out. I loved the architecture and the garden design was really pretty. The inside was beautifully decorated and cozy. My breakfasts were excellent and the host were friendly and very accommodating.
