The fine print
The hotel is located in the non-restricted area of terminal 2 on the 5th floor of the south side area. For transit passengers, you will have to go through immigration and enter Taiwan (with a visa if needed) to get to our hotel. To get to the south side area on the 5th floor, take the elevator or the escalator near Counter 22 of Departure Hall on the 3rd floor.Children cannot stay together with adults in a single bed in a male/female dormitory room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The transit hostel was very comfy. I love how everything is so well-organized, from shoe lockers, lock management, and they have strict rules about noise. The bathroom was very nice, very clean and have separated sections between shower and toilets. The shower room deserve a mention bcs they are spacious and wellthought. The toilet can be cleaner tho bcs I saw something that I was not really happy seeing, but that’s my bad luck 😂 The staffs are nice and fluent in english, which helps a lot. Wifi was working very well. The bed was also very comfy that I slept really well. Clean bedsheets, thick blanket, and good lighting. They provide enough socket, small table, small mirror, hanger, and a small box with lock. Thumbs up for the well-thought facililty. For the payment, they accept credit card but also accept cash. If you need atm, there is one nearby! The location was actually strategic, surrounded by the foodcourt area and near minimart. However it was on 5th floor which were a bit far from arrival gate and a bit confusing. I had to ask around. But it was okay!

Everything, extremely clean, the mattress is comfortable, the curtains give you some privacy and it's easy to find.

Comfortable, quiet and situated right in the airport so the next morning I could just walk straight onto my flight! The bunk was nicely designed and the staff thought of everything.

Location is amazing, in departure hall of terminal 2 and only couple min Sky train to terminal 1. 24/7 convenience store on the same floor.

Located right inside departure Terminal 2, very convenient for early departure flight. Toilets are clean. The family 4 persons capsule is cool and spacious for a “capsule” hotel.
