All the staff were delightful, especially the bar staff, food service team, and breakfast crew. The masseuses in the spa, Nada and Basar, were exceptional! They were so good that our holiday getaway turned into a full week of spa treatments, with daily massages leading up to the VIP Nefertiti package—pure bliss! Thank you once again from Jason and Abi xx

The view from the third floor is really amazing , relaxing and very very beautiful . The stuff of the restaurant was very helpful and friendly , It was my husband birthday and my son 10 years old arrange with the manger ( I think ) to make a surprise for him on the dinner , He bring for us a cake and make for us a beautiful BD :-) Really Thanks for all the beautiful team ..

The beach is beautiful and there are several pools that are nice. Overall the outside area is pretty

Staying at Borg al Arab hotel was really nice. We booked two nights but we really liked it so we stayed one more day.
