This was the hotel with the friendliest and warmest staff I have ever been to! The room was spacious and nicely designed, with a high quality of furniture and every amenity you could wish for (from vanity and sewing kit, to tea, water cooker etc). The spa (sauna) was amazing and spacious, the ski room accessible, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious.

I wanted to take some days of rest for my birthday in Davos and this Hotel was my best decision ever! The room was pretty big and extremely comfortable. The bathroom deserves a special mention. Spotlessly clean and very functional. On the ground floor there are 3 different types of saunas, after which you can swim in the pool and enjoy the silence while lying on a lounger by the water 😍 Wonderful breakfasts for every taste - salty and sweet. I couldn't resist eating a piece of cake on my birthday. And of course the personal! They were incredibly professional, friendly and so much helpful! They've made my stay in the hotel just perfect. Thank you! I'll surely visit this place again 😊

The room was great, recently renovated, spacious and spotless, making for a very comfortable experience. There were many options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s clear they’ve made efforts to renovate and modernize the rooms—which are very nice, clean, and comfortable—the service left much to be desired. Although the hotel has invested in improving its facilities, it needs to prioritize enhancing its service, as polite, efficient, and attentive hospitality is essential to the guest experience. The reception team was a standout, with the receptionist who assisted me upon arrival being extremely professional and welcoming, creating a great first impression. Additionally, the evening shift receptionist with the bow deserves special mention for their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. With more staff like them and a stronger focus on hospitality, this hotel could reach its full potential.
