Location was the only thing acceptable 1 i travel a lot and I am not one to ever complain but this was a horrible experience

I waited outside for 3 hours was late for work because the front desk was sleep I had to contact the customer service number to contact the property manager & after it took the front desk to come to the desk another hour I had my sick kids waiting outside the police came tried to help no luck I will never book with them again it was my first & last time customer service was horrible when she finally arrived looked like she was sleeping make it so bad I called the 500 number she kept picking up & hanging up to avoid the customer that’s unacceptable for the price I paid .
