Great location, breakfast included which was good for the price. We were able to keep our room on after check out time which was so handy! Loved having a tv to scroll through, a luxury when travelling.

No problem with the location, the drivers know where the hotel is. Very convenient to buy dinners. The staff were all very friendly. They were just our family.

Only problem was the noisy water pump in the loft kept me awake cutting in and out all night but only on the last night, i did complain at 4 in the morning, but nothing was resolved. Nice friendly people

They were accommodating and allowed us to check-in early at 1 pm. The room was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

I booked this for my mom. I was told the staffs are really kind and they allowed my mom who is a senior citizen to check in early (since the room is already ready). Appreciate it so much as she was very tired from a long journey. They call the day prior to ask for preferred breakfast the next day. :)
