I would say the domestic staff are very friendly, however I felt there were a few friendly staff at the main entrance at the desk

Accessible room was fine and had a wet room although the toilet was quite low and maybe a bit difficult for people with knee/hip problems. Breakfast was buffet style and had a reasonable selection of items ( apart from eggs, only scrambled available ). There was no beer selection, just one bitter on draft , no bottled bitters. Place was good just for an overnight stay.
