The first bedroom the climate control was broken and stuck on 25.3oc and the windows didn't open. We were offered a fan and I had to ask for a room change. The pool area was grubby and there were three tiny children (1 boy under 1) in a very hot hot tub. I flagged this with staff as it was dangerous and got told they'll ignore us, the staff did apologise! I did explain the heath dangers to the parents and point to the sign as I wasn't prepared to walk away. The robes are universal size. The label said large. I'm 5ft 7 and a size 14. It didn't do up and the arms came half way up my forearms. We all had a good laugh about them but my 70yr old mum ended up going down to the pool in her PJs! The staff were lovely and the bed was super comfy. The room was clean and the shower was really good. Great products in the room. I travel with work weekly and Hilton (Double tree) are normally my hotel of choice. Disappointing visit for a special mother's day weekend. I expressed my disappointment and got a sorry.

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. We had a modern, clean room with really nice bed linen. The pool area has ample loungers, making it quite a nice place to hang out. Hot jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the breakfast.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, providing a very comfortable stay. The pool is large and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The spa is also nice, offering a good range of services. What made the experience even better was the help we received at the reception from Cristina. She is such a kind, warm-hearted, and professional person. She spoke to us with such courtesy and was more than willing to assist with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return.

The Health facilities was amazing though am still yet to recover from the chlorine from the hot tub but it was worth it
