From the moment we arrived at the Vilasa Homestay, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of Mountain ranges. The hotel's amenities, including the toilet, were well-maintained and a welcome addition to our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, our stay at the VIlasa Homestay was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering insightful local tips and making me feel at home. The staff were always kind and helpful. We also liked their food a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

Property was very clean and gave us the home feeling . Hotel owner is like a family now . He was so humble , caring and polite . I have never seen such hospitality in my entire life. Hotel staffs were the best in town , even though little away from mall road but yet I prefer this place in the future . Hotels at Mall Road struggling with water problem and Vilasa has that edge with no water problem
