Although the rooms are on the small side but are fully furnished all amenities are looked after like bathroom slippers, geyser, blankets etc. The view from the room and terrace are unmatchable. Most of all the food made by the host Neelam exceeds expectations, it’s a must have. She is a warm and positive person who gives amazing recommendations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shalomm Inn in Darjeeling, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable service throughout my stay, everything was just perfect. The staff at Shalomm Inn went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Not to mention, the breathtaking views from the hotel were simply the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the team at Shalomm Inn for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling and can't wait to come back!

This Homestay is great. Neelam the host is amazing, provided delicious breakfast and lunch. Rooms are comfortable and clean and rooftop terrace is lovely too, with great views. We had a 3 day trek and Neelam let us keep our bags there and return for a night after. A very homely stay, would recommend!
