Hotel staffs are well mannered. Room is good and clean. Same room delivered as shown in the image. Some renovation works need to be done at our room 410 .Location wise it is very good. 5mnt walking distance from mallroad.

This hotel offers a wonderful experience with its impressive amenities. The staff members are incredibly charming and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Even the receptionists go above and beyond to assist guests. The on-site restaurants and cafes provide delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. It's a great place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to return for another visit.

The location is good. It's very close to the taxi stand as well as the mall road. Lots of rentals and food places nearby.

We stayed for a longer period in this hotel and its definitely a family friendly hotel and near to major tourist destinations in Darjeeling. Most of the places were on walking distance. All basic amenities were present inside the room and even their in room dining were best and at reasonable priced.
