Very cosy stay and the facilities provided for the money makes it a definite stay destination. Location is very convenient for access to the Mall area. Restaurant has a very chill vibe too. Highly recommend.

The rooms and amenities are good but the location of the hotel is a problem because no vehicles can drop you to the hotel directly as its near SP's residence.The caretaker and rest of the staff are also good.

The best thing about this place is the host. Thank you Mr Paul for treating guests like family. The stay is also comfortable and just 5 mins walking from the main Mall Road. An experience to remember

Great location, 5 mins walk from the Chowrasta. Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed 6 nights. Would hope to stay here again if I visit Darjeeling again.

The Patio breakfast was amazing and the complimentary electric mattress kept me warm and cozy. The Patio Restaurant is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening.

Golden orchid hotel is located in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walk from the main center, in a quiet area. The structure is cozy and equipped with all necessary services, including a bedspread that is very appreciated especially if the climate is cool. The manager Paul is very attentive, kind and helpful to meet any requests. You can also have lunch, dinner or breakfast in the hotel with excellent dishes and immersed in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Excellent quality/price ratio. Overall it was a pleasant experience, highly recommended if you want to spend a nice stay in Darjeeling.

Everything was top-notch, the restaurant patio was beautiful as well, and there was nothing to complain about. All beds have a heated mattress, and that was nothing less than a feel of cozy spa 😍

The food was exceptional. The hotel is centrally located, It’s a hidden gem. The manager, Mr Paul was exceptionally cordial and welcoming, always ready to help.
