We left to catch a plane & too early for any breakfast / the agent on duty that early morning was really friendly / he was the first friendly agent we had come across. The ones on duty the day before were not friendly. Very grumpy if asked a question

Close to Dania Pointe for shops & restaurants to walk to. Fair value. Excellent cruise transfer system (also to FL airport).

Firstly, I was disappointed on arrival at Hyatt Place that I was told that there was no room for me there and that I have to go to the hotel on the opposite side of the street which was Hyatt House. No satisfactory reason was given. To be fair, Hyatt House was not bad though the breakfast provided was just fair.

Breakfast was good. There were quite a few options and the food was tasty. The location was also great. The staff was quite pleasant and accommodating. Aiport shuttle service was available at 30 mins intervals.

There is a free shuttle from the airport. The room was very comfortable. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is one within walking distance

The breakfast was better than most hôtels As there were cold and hot sélections available. Only one person at the reception so had to wait a while for my cappicino as he was busy with other customers at the reception desk and it was 7:40, not really a busy time.
