The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular ms hailey, her knowledge of the entire city and how to get around, what stops to take, her helpfulness, friendliness, and charisma are unparalleled. We had Breakfast included in our stay and it was very impressive. There is a generous spread of both hot and cold food. I went for a few rounds of the breakfast and felt very satisfied. Thank you for the amazing stay!

From first arrival we were greeted by very pleasant staff, wonderful time especially with the help of Hailey! We used the pools and gym in the morning, this was clean and warm. The food was hot and cold buffet style breakfast, with all items replenished very quickly and tables cleared, cleaned and re-set straight away. Thank you to All the staff for making our stay a memorable one 🍾🥂😍

Receptionist has good customer service, my first night did not go well. The wifi was very bad, therefore I was unable to go further on my connecting, was very disappointed. It took them about 2 hrs to rectify the fault. But I must say the front desk service was good they really tried their best. There’s a guy Mateo who really took care of the tourist staying in their hotel.

It was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Excellent location and very easy to get to places and near the beach. We got our room upgraded and it was big and comfortable. Will go back again. Only thing is gym too small. But other than that it was good.
