The fine print
If the room rate includes dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket; dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket will be provided to the confirmed number of adults on the reservation. Dinner/spa/ Sun World Bana ticket is not inclusive for children. The dinner will be served as set menu. Please note that kids from 6 to 11 years old need to applied extra breakfast upon check in. If the rate includes breakfast, breakfast will be provided for the number of adults on the reservation and for up to 2-4 children under 6 years old (depending on room size) only when sharing existing bedding. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

All terrific. Lovely staff especially Viv, beautiful and well looked after gardens, Villa was magnificent and large, restaurants were average but nice, (large meals) on the beach, what more would you want! Thanks for having us. Jeff. Australia. 👍

We loved everything about or stay here. It was luxurious, pristinely clean, very well managed and just the relaxation we were looking for. It’s worth the splurge! We actually spent more time hanging out in the resort than anticipated, it was just so nice. Our accomodation was spectacular, well finished and maintained. The nautica bar is fantastic for the view and location, drinks are food are excellent quality and well priced. Breakfast is a sumptuous feast, it’s hard to decide! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s only a 15min Grab to town. Our family had a wonderful experience here.

The staff was fantastic. The guest relation lady Hani service was top notch. She help us to plan, book and make reservation for our meals and attractions. One of the best guest relation I’ve ever encounter. The pool and private beach was also well maintained.

Staffs are exccelent, very attentive and quick in responses. The villa pool is also great. Rooms are spacious with big bath rooms. The villa is sutable for a longer stay with well equiped kitchen.
