Really friendly helpful staff, the hotel is right in city center, can rent motor bike from hotel too.

Was thrilled to be upgraded to a bridge view room which was lovely to see, however the windows were fairly dirty..but still a good view. A shower screen to separate the shower from toilet was great...as it kept the bathroom floor a little drier.

The staffs were very friendly and attentive, especially the two lady receptionists who greeted us when we first arrived. They upgraded our room to the river view at 8th floor instead of city view and we had a good view of the pavilion and the bridge + river from our window. Room was large enough for the 3 of us. The location was splendid, it is so near the fire breathing dragon bridge and we only had to walk. Even Han Market is also quite near, though taking grab will be more convenient. We also liked the sheets, smell so fresh and clean.

We were given a lovely room with a view of the river and dragon bridge. Location was fabulous, being a close walk to the museum, market and the bridge. Wonderful to have access to the small rooftop pool, with fabulous views over the city.

The Location of the Hotel is excellent. The amnesty and facilities of the hotel is very good. We have been there with my 8 years old son and he likes the rooftop swimming pool a lot.
