Cable car operates from 07:30AM to 05:00PM. Guests are advised to show up at Toc Tien Station to reach the property at least 30 minutes prior to last cable car departure. Compulsory ticket with a discount from Public price is offered to hotel’s guests. Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills is not responsible for vehicular arrangements or compensation due to guest’s late arrivals.

I love the location and service of the staff was very friendly and fast. Buffet dinner was also quite nice with an array of choices.

Perfect location in this amazing village high in the mountains. Although the hotel is in an impressive building, I was disappointed in the room, which was small and not well equipped. Due to the poor insulation it was cold all night despite the heating system on. All in all, too low value of the room for the money spent.

I had a wonderful stay overall. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the friendly and attentive staff. However, there was a small issue at check-in — I was initially offered a standard room, despite having booked a deluxe. Fortunately, the staff promptly corrected the mistake upon my request. This quick resolution and professionalism left a positive impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

We only stayed here because I wanted the early access to the golden bridge. Was pleasantly surprise with the hotel and the room was lovely also. Great facilities also! Smooth sailing getting the cases on the cable cart, the staff handle it all for you.

If you wanna visit French village you should book this hotel because it can save your time and opportunity to see attractions with crowds. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and clean room. My recommendation
